A message from our CEO to Employees, Customers, Partners:
Apr 16, 2020
Dear Employees, Partners, Customers,
COVID-19 is impacting everyone around the world and every aspect of our daily lives: our social interactions, our family life, our communities, and, of course, how all of us work and serve our customers at Softsquare.
To overcome this unique challenge, we at Softsquare stay focused on the following three priorities.
Firstly, like most organizations, we are doing our best to secure the health and well-being of our employees and their families. All employees have been instructed to work remotely. Work-related travel and event attendance has been either postponed or made virtual.
Secondly, with employees working remotely, we want to make sure the business support we are providing to our customers should not be affected as some of our customers may be involved in Covid related supply-chain. Our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) ensures system availability and support is continued without interruption.
And third – to the extent we can – the Softsquare team is providing a helping hand to the communities around us and Salesforce Ohana around the globe. With respect to this we are giving a 5 weekend Complimentary Salesforce Admin Training to more than 250 people around the globe. And we are providing a No Cost FREE Health Check for Salesforce customers around the globe to utilize this downtime to tune their Salesforce systems.
We have also contributed our humble financial support to three organizations: International Medical Health Organization (IMHO) serving Covid-19 relief efforts for poor and resettled communities in Sri Lanka, Association for India’s Development (AID) serving relief and rehabilitation efforts in India, and RISE Humanity serving food needs of our home-city Chennai, India.
Our global support teams are available during their standard hours and through the normal channels. We will ensure that all messages are seen and routed to someone who can help. As we go forward, we’ll be sure to keep you updated, and know that we always value your questions, ideas and feedback.
We continue to monitor recommendations from the WHO and elected officials so we remain up-to-date on the latest information and safety protocols.
Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones. These are challenging and uncertain times, but we feel confident that as a company and community, we can get through this together.
